The Office of Federal Programs and Student Services oversees a variety of programs that directly and indirectly support students in school by administering federal programs authorized by the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) and other supportive student programs.  Some of the program areas are the successful implementation of Title I; Title I, Part D; Title II, Part A; Title IV; Medicaid Adolescents Pregnancy Prevention Services (MAPPS); County Attendance and the Dropout Prevention and Student Services initiatives, with the purpose of ensuring academic success for all students in Orangeburg Consolidated School District Five.
